We have confirmed our site at La Foret for 2020! Mark your calendars now for October 16-18, 2020.

Samhain 2019

Our Samhain ritual this year will be held on Saturday November 2nd, and will be Celtic in theme. Location: Private residence, 2929 S. Elm St. Gather at 5 pm, ritual starts at 6 pm. There will be a potluck afterwards. Please join us and celebrate the beginning of the Celtic winter season.

Rocky Mountain Retreat 2019 - Update #3

If you are planning to come for the full weekend and have not preregistered, please do so before Thursday so we know how much food to bring. You will also need to bring your own bedding (sleeping bag and pillow or equivalent) and towel. The beds are comfortable, but linens are not provided without prearrangement.

Also, if you are planning to come for Saturday only and have food allergies, please preregister now so that we are aware of them.

Proposed schedule

Friday Oct. 18th:

Afternoon starting after 1 pm – meet and greet at our cabin, Indian Paintbrush, and explore the site.

5 pm – opening ritual at the Labyrinth

7 pm – dinner at Indian Paintbrush

Saturday Oct 19th:

7 am – breakfast at Indian Paintbrush for weekenders, then adjourn to Blue Spruce for the day’s program

9 am – The Eleusinian Mysteries by Rev. G. R. Grove

10:30 am – Taking the Omens by Rev. Rowen Grove

12 noon – lunch

1 pm – The Bronze Age Horizon by Rev. Kirk Thomas, Archdruid Emeritus of ADF

3 pm – Meditation with the Spirits of the Land by Kevin “Arth yn Rhedeg” Jenkyns

5 pm – Full ADF ritual

7 pm – dinner at Indian Paintbrush for weekenders

Sunday Oct. 20th:

7 am – breakfast at Indian Paintbrush

10 am – closing ritual at the Labyrinth

12 noon – site closes

Rocky Mountain Retreat 2019 - update #1

Our Rocky Mountain retreat starts this coming Friday – October 18^th. There are still a few full weekend spaces left, so if you are interested please preregister and prepay on this website (links on sidebar). If you are planning to come for Saturday’s presentations only, again, preregister so we will know how much luncheon food to provide. Remember that the full weekend price (2 breakfasts, Saturday lunch, and two dinners, together with overnight accommodation Friday and Saturday) is $150 per person; Saturday only price is $50. We will not be able to accept credit cards on Saturday, so please plan to pay in cash or by check if you have not prepaid.
